Our primary care clinic appointments are held every Sunday from 8:00 am to 10:30 pm.

Vaccine Clinic
We also provide COVID-19 vaccinations at our clinic from 9:00 am to 11:45 am on Sundays.
Please bring a form of ID and Insurance Card (if applicable) to your appointment. Patients with and without insurance are able to make a vaccination appointment.
